## SAT questions, answered

Is the topin SAT mock like the real digital SAT?

Yes. It follows the digital SAT's structure: Reading and Writing in two 32-minute modules of 27 questions, then Math in two 35-minute modules of 22 questions. Module 2 of each section is either easier or harder depending on how you did in module 1, and every question is original.

Is the SAT mock free?

Your first full-length SAT mock is free, with both sections included. A pass unlocks the other seven SAT mocks and the full practice bank.

Does the SAT mock have a calculator?

Yes. As on the real test, you can use a calculator on every Math question: the mock has a built-in graphing calculator that plots equations and finds zeros, intersections and vertices, plus the reference sheet of formulas.

How accurate is the SAT score?

It is an estimate. College Board scores the SAT with item response theory and does not publish its tables, so we convert your correct answers using the route you took and College Board's published practice-test scales. Treat it as a guide to your level rather than a guaranteed score.

Can I type my own answers on Math?

Yes. About a quarter of Math questions have no choices, and you type the answer. The mock checks it with the same entry rules as the SAT: up to five characters (six for a negative), fractions or decimals, no mixed numbers.
